Pikes Peak Edition

These Pikes Peak special edition Multistrada models are hard to find these days. They commemorate Greg Tracy's 2010 victory at the Pikes Peak Hill Climb in Colorado’s Rocky Mountains.

This special model "Pikes Peak" edition is dressed up in Ducati Corse graphics, has its red trellis frame highlighted, has red pin-striped wheels and red-contrast seat stitching. Add in a few carbon-fiber bits like short wind-deflector windscreen replacement, a front fender and cam-belt covers, and there you have the cosmetic features that differentiate it from the standard 1200 S.

This Multistrada has a full Termi pipe on it for that extra bit of performance. It comes with a top box, Garmin GPS mount and Rizoma bar ends. Overall, it’s in great condition for being 10 years old. A good entry level bike for those who want to get a taste of adventure touring, as it will enable them to get some experience before they take the plunge on something more current, exotic and significantly higher in the price range.
