MY23 FC450 HERITAGE 

This limited run and distinctive Heritage model for MY23 celebrates and pays tribute to the rich, competitive history of Husqvarna Motorcycles. The unique Heritage livery is based on the 1983 racing team's livery while also being inspired by, and honouring the racing machines and achievements of past FIM Motocross World Championship titles.

The new Heritage models are also built on the current 2023 Husqvarna motocross and enduro range. The Heritage model has a white frame, black anodised Takasayo EXCEL rims and Heritage-inspired graphics to complete the look.

The MY23 FC 450 is a next generation, completely new bike, with a new engine, frame, sub-frame swing arm, shocks and bodywork. There's mapping options, launch control, traction control, and for MY23 - quickshift. While the FC450 offers smooth and manageable power delivery, there's always the option of map 2 that goes into crazy-beast mode. There's a range of suspension changes that for most riders, will feel comfortable, appreciated and welcomed. If required, there's plenty of room for adjustment to stiffen it up. 

Overall, the FC 450 engine's power, cornering, suspension, and comfort have been improved for MY23. It's an excellent bike for most riders looking for a new 450 motocrosser, especially if you're looking for a 450 with smooth power, comfortable suspension, can be ridden hard, and requires few if any modifications straight out of the crate.

The MY23 FC models feature:-
* The frame is all NEW and identical in each of the 250, 350 and 450 bikes. However the rider configuration between the foot peg, seat and bars is the same as the MY22 bikes.
* Steering head has additional reinforcement.
* Sub-frame construction is aluminium and carbon composite, and the swing arm is 190g lighter.
* Engine is tilted back a further 2 degrees, and the front sprocket sits 3mm lower.
* Full new linkage 
* New shocks that are 15mm shorter, but have more stroke.
* 7.2L tank
* Rear brake caliper has 22mm piston

The FC 450 bike has:-
* 63Hp, split injection, more valve lift and duration, 13.1:1 compression, 
* New crankcase with crank position 12mm closer to the bikes centre of gravity
