If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return (postage back to is to be paid by the customer) the unused product(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All exchanges and refunds will incur a 10% restocking/administration fee based on the individual product price(s).

Before you send anything back please create an 'Exchange Request' within the Resolution Centre. All returns MUST be authorised by the Moto Arena Gold Coast team before goods are returned to the below address:

All items returned for refund or change must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unless faulty). Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or may be not accepted (unless faulty). Please see the list below for things to avoid ensuring your return is accepted:

  • When trying on boots please do not stand on your foot pegs as sharp pegs can mark/damage boot soles and your return/exchange might not be accepted. If the boots do not fit or feel comfortable on the ground, they will feel no different on the bike.
  • Please use due diligence in checking hard parts for correct fitment before moving them from the packaging. Items such as chains will not be accepted once they have been removed from their plastic packaging. You should usually be able to compare the new item with old/broken items while still in the manufacturers packaging. We do understand that this is unavoidable in some circumstances.
  • Ladies, if you are trying on jackets, please remove your make up first. Your make up will stain the collar and your return may not be accepted.
  • Please ensure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damage (unless faulty). All tags must be still attached and in top hygienic condition.

What Can Not Be Returned

Due to health and safety regulations we are unable to accept returns on the below itmes, please ensure you conduct all due diligence to ensure the item you are purchasing is 100% correct:

  • Helmets.
  • Underwear including Compression Pants.
  • Socks.
  • Service Items.

Faulty/Warranty Items

If you have a faulty item that you would like repaired or replaced, please follow the below steps:

  1. Raise a case within the Resolution Centre detailing what the fault is and where the fault has occured on the item.
  2. Email at least 5 photos of the fault to to assist getting the case started.
  3. Package the faulty item up and post to us here at Moto Arena Gold Coast using the below address:

Faulty items may be returned outside of the regular returns time frames providing the item is still under the individual manufacturer warranty. We aim to have your warrant claim processed within 4-5 business days of receiving; however, some faults must be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this case we will keep you informed on a regular basis via email.

In the event that a warranty claim is declined by Moto Arena Gold Coast and/or the manufacturer the customer will be responsibile for collection of the item(s) at their own cost.

Sale/Clearance Items

Please conduct all due-dilligence when purchasing Sale and/or Clearance Items as unfortunately we do not offer refunds on these. You can still however receive an exchange or receive a store credit to the value of the product cost (excluding any freight).


If notified within 24 hours of order placement by creating an order Cancellation Request within the Resolution Centre, Moto Arena Gold Coast can accommodate order cancellations. If the item(s) have been shipped, Moto Arena Gold Coast reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee of $30.00 should we be able to request the return of the item(s) from our delivery services.

Refunds are processed via PayPal and/or direct debited into your nominated bank account within 4-5 business days once the item(s) has been returned and approved by Moto Arena Gold Coast management.
