You can be forgiven for thinking that this bike is a one-off custom rather than a production bike you can find in a dealer showroom. The Svartpilen 401 is all about being an edgy and unique scrambler. The dark colors and graphics enhance the stunning appearance, and reflect the progressive mix of modern thinking and classic design following Husqvarnas Swedish heritage.

A high-strength chromium-molybdenum steel trellis frame wraps the compact 373cc single-cylinder engine. The engine makes a solid 44 horsepower and is mated to a slick 6-speed gearbox that allows clutchless up and downshifts, Husqvarna has created a bike that will make a wide range of riders want to explore the full range of a scrambler bikes capabilities. The Svartpilen’s design and ergonomics make it more suitable for urban commuting, light off-road adventures, and a comfortable riding experience.

Rounding out the package is a 320mm front disc with ByBre brake calipers and a finely tuned WP Suspension package. Overall the entire package is a rider’s delight at just 152kg with a seat height of 835mm. You will find the Svartpilen 401 and its sibling the Vitpilen within the Naked segment of the 2023 Husqvarna model range.
